Shipping policy

Shipping is included with every The Quiet Reader Monthly Mail Club subscription at no additional cost.

Monthly Mail Club orders are prepared and shipped after each billing cycle. Processing times may vary slightly depending on production and order volume, but we aim to ship all monthly orders within the timeframe communicated for that month.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your order is processed. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be resent.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation.
